My process always begins with an opportunity to improve the quality of life in some way. I find my story, customer, and decide on a style for the design. From there, I sketch, make models, do 3D engineering drawings or illustrations and specs. Then, working closely with a factory or using a 3D printer, I have the design sampled to ensure that the quality, design and function is perfect before starting production.
